Pick-up at the Tour Lobby of Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort & Spa.

Check-in starts at: 12:30PM

Boarding: 12:45PM

Departing: 12:50PM (on the dot!)

Please proceed to the back of the hotel or ask for the direction to their Tour Lobby.

There will be three shuttle buses and every seat is assigned to a guest. We’ve requested help from some of our guests to be our ‘captain.’ Our captain will help us get everyone on board smoothly.

When you arrive at the pick-up area, please check-in with your assigned captain. Please text/call your captain if you are arriving late or will not make it to the shuttle. The shuttles will leave on time. Please make sure you check-in with the right captain and you board the correct bus that is assigned to you.

The shuttles will drop you back to Waikiki when when the event concludes at 9PM.

* Please note that there is no lavatory inside the shuttle.
